We are a spicy romance book club for women (18+) all over the world! We love reading all sub-genres of romance books, from cutesy small town to dark romance, anything you like let us know and we’ll add it to the list!
While reading books is what got us here, we are also a space that advocates for female pleasure, women’s health and sex education.
Knowledge is power and women are powerful.
This is a safe, non-judgemental space for all women to read, learn, explore and educate. Books are a great way to begin your journey, so whether you’re here just for the romance or to learn a little more, welcome!
Meet the founder

I started Cliterature Club in 2022 during my PhD in Leeds, forcing my girlfriends to read the sexy books I love and join me at my house once a month for pizza, wine and a good old girl gossip. It didn’t matter that most of them hated the books (romance isn’t for everyone), but they still came every month to have fun, dissect the books, talk about sex, figure out what we liked and didn’t like, and mostly figure out how on earth they managed the positions in the books.
Sex education is a passion of mine, along with women’s health education and advocacy for female pleasure, so Cliterature Club is a place for me to combine all my loves and share this with women all over the world.
Knowledge is power and there is no reason for any woman to not have access to knowledge about her own body. The more we learn the more fun we can have.
